  • Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

  • Errors: In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at AED 10 instead of AED 1,000), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed. We will refund the full amount in such cases.

3. Bulk Inquiries and B2B Orders

  • Quotes: For "Bulk Inquiries" made via WhatsApp or email, price quotes are valid for 3 days unless specified otherwise.

  • Availability: Large volume orders are subject to stock availability from our warehouse or suppliers.

  • Payment: Bulk orders may require an advance deposit or full payment via bank transfer before dispatch.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock issues, suspicion of fraud).

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) and Cash on Delivery (for eligible locations).

  • Title of Goods: Products remain the property of Right Choice DXB until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines and costs are governed by our Delivery & Return Policy.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, force majeure events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days under specific conditions. Please refer to our Delivery & Return Policy for full details.

  • Warranty: Right Choice DXB acts as a reseller. Warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., Makita, Bosch, DeWalt).

    • We do not offer an independent warranty unless explicitly stated.

    • We are not responsible for rejected warranty claims by the manufacturer due to misuse, voltage issues, or wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of Products: You acknowledge that tools and construction materials can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Right Choice DXB is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us.

  • Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Right Choice DXB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, construction delays, business interruption) arising from the use of our service or products.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or attack the security of our website.

  • Submit false information during the checkout or inquiry process.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
