🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We understand that you need your supplies to keep your projects moving. We pride ourselves on our rapid dispatch times.

1. Dispatch Timeline

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 2:00 PM] are typically dispatched on the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed and dispatched the next business day (within 24 hours).

2. Delivery Locations We deliver across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

  • Note: Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

  • Optional: Free shipping is available on orders over AED 200.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original box/packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or installed.

  • Self-Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse, accidental damage, dropping, or improper installation.

  • Consumables (e.g., open adhesives, paints, chemicals).

3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) via WhatsApp or Email. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

Many of our products (specifically Power Tools and Machinery) come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

1. Claiming Warranty If your product develops a technical fault due to a manufacturing defect, you can claim the warranty.

  • Brand Warranty: Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific brand (e.g., Makita, Bosch, DeWalt).

  • Service Centers: Customers can take the product directly to the brand’s authorized service center in the UAE for faster service.

  • Our Role: Right Choice DXB can assist you in identifying the correct service center, but the warranty approval lies with the manufacturer.

2. Warranty Exclusions Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by the user (cracks, water damage, drops).

  • Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., worn-out carbon brushes, drill bits).

  • Damage caused by using the wrong voltage or power supply.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or as Store Credit/Cash, depending on your preference) within 5-7 business days.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the error was ours).
